Chers amoureux de la mosaïque,

 

Grand merci à tous ceux qui sont venus à l’inauguration de L’Espace S de la boutique dédié à des mini-expositions. Tous les wow et les oh sur mes tapis m’ont fait plaisir! Pour ceux qui n’ont pas pu venir, je ferai une autre exposition de mes tapis en septembre à la boutique. (A big thank-you to all of you who came to the inauguration of L’Espace S, an area of shop totally dedicated to doing mini-exhibitions. All the wows and the ohs about my mosaic rugs brought me much delight! For those who were not able to come, I will exhibit my rugs again at the shop in September.)

 

Appel à tous!

 

La prochaine exposition à L’Espace S sera collective, sur le thème du Picassiette. Je vous invite à exposer vos œuvres Picassiette du 16 juin au 2 juillet. Le vernissage aura lieu le 16 juin entre 18h-20h. À tous les intéressées svp apportez en boutique vos œuvres entre le 9 juin et le 15 juin. Vous auriez la liberté de vendre ou pas! Exposer c’est gratuit et vous donnera une belle visibilité. Le vernissage sera annoncé dans le blog et envoyé à ma liste d’abonnée de plus de 1500 personnes!

Faites-moi signe au plus tôt pour que je puisse préparer ma liste de participants : suzanne@mosaikashop.com( The next exhibition at L’Espace S will be collective and themed on the Picassiette. I invite you to show off your works from June 16 to July 2. The vernissage will take place June 16 between 6pm-8pm. You will have the liberty to just show your works or sell them. To participate it is free and will give you a beautiful visibility. The vernissage will be announced in the blog of my some 1500 subscribers!  Oriental Rugs in Mosaics

Ms. Spahi will speak about her creations as well as the influences that have affected her practice as she examines and interprets the motifs, colours, and design, inherent in oriental rugs into eye captivating mosaics. She is equally fascinated by the technical process which she maintains to be both challenging and luring but gives her, as she says “the sense of pure happiness as is the feel while interpreting it into a mosaic.”

Il reste encore plein de mosaïques abandonnées! SVP venez récupérer vos œuvres ou encore mieux : venez les finir. Ne soyez pas timide de revenir, svp! Mosaikashop manque beaucoup de place. À partir de juillet, les œuvres que je considère vraiment abandonné serons traité comme abandonné (‘vieux’ de au-delà de 6 mois). (There are still a lot of abandoned mosaics! Please come get your works or better yet come and finish it! And don’t be shy, please! Mosaikashop needs to make space, as of July, the works that I consider really abandoned will be treated as so, older than 6 months.)
