Ricardo a suivi sa formation à Venise en Italie chez Orsoni. C’est avec fierté qu’on a découvert qu’Orsoni a utilisé sa mosaïque dans son catalogue. Cool!
Ricordo learned how to do micro mosaics at Orsoni. It was an honor for us to discover that they included his mosaic in their catalogue. Cool!

Blanca did a small mirror using her friends favorite cup which broke. She will offer it to her as a gift. Very nice gift idea!
Louise a fait un travail sublime de cet oiseau, pas de coulis là ou se trouve l’oiseau. BEAU!

L’été j’aime bien aller visiter mes étudiants pour admirer leurs mosaïques in situ….Zed m’invite régulièrement, ou je m’invite.. l’autre jour c’était pour un petit verre de coca cola…vite vite car j’avais d’autre visite à faire… Je suis jalouse d’une si charmante petite terrasse!
In the summertime I like to visit my students to admire thier mosaics on location….Zed invites me regularly…the other day it was for a small glass of coca cola…quick quick as I had an other visit to make….I am jelous of her most charming terrace!

Blanca a travaillé ce Pégase avec détermination pour enfin maitriser les angles. Check! Elle a utilisé la vaisselle, céramique, pâte de verre, et millefiori.

Lucie C a pris en photo pour nous son magnifique bain d’oiseau enfin fini et installé dans son petit jardin. C’était rock and roll le coulis!
Lucie C took those lovely pictures for us of her finally finished birdbath which is in her lovely little garden. Grouting this was rock and roll! She rocked!

Lilian Broca.
I love to travel to teach mosaics, this way I feel less guilty of leaving Mosaikashop behind! It was an honor for me to teach at the studio of Lilian Broca.
Quelle belle ambiance inspirante et un groupe sérieux et plein d’énergie….
It was such an inspiring place to be, the group was serious and full of energy…

C’est bientôt la Semaine Italienne le 16, 17, 18 août! Mosaikashop sera fidèle au poste, mais au secours, c’est l’activité la plus populaire de la rue. J’aurais besoin de volontaires.
